Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using G-Tech I.T Solution's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
G-Tech I.T Solution provides software development, IT consulting, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in separate project contracts.
Payment Terms
Standard payment structure is 30% upfront, 40% at mid-point milestone, and 30% upon delivery. Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created for their project. G-Tech I.T Solution retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
G-Tech I.T Solution's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under Nepal Arbitration Act.
